The state dual-team wrestling playoffs begin tonight with all area teams on the road.

In Class 4A, East Gaston (16-10) will travel to Mooresville (24-2) to take on the Blue Devils.

In Class 3A, Ashbrook (23-16) will face Enka (23-1) at West Henderson. In Class 2A, West Lincoln (20-6) will travel to Newton-Conover to wrestle Ashe County (15-10). In 1A, Cherryville (7-17) will face Robbinsville (17-4) at Cherokee.

Four teams will wrestle at each site, with the winners meeting immediately after the first round.
