| I am hopeful that you will run a preview article on middle school basketball. As I am sure you know, the season starts next week. With the dwindling size of Gazette Sports section and limited national coverage, the only reason we sill get the paper is for the local sports news. Please don't disappoint us on that subject also. |

| Gaston County's greatest coach passed away today. Coach Wiles touched a lot of life's and meant a great deal to many. It would be great to see a story of his days at Mount Holly High School, the teams, the honors, and his legacy. |

| I'd like to know why wrestling isn't listed as an in season winter varsity sport on this website. Wrestling is a 6 day a week sport, and our wrestlers train very hard, if not harder than most other sports. Alot of the football players wrestle, as soon as their season is over. The scores are sent to the paper. Sometimes they are printed, sometimes they are not. Several students every year get wrestling scholarships. Please add this as a winter sport, and start adding our scores, and please continue to print them in your paper.
There are more sports out there, than just football, basketball, and soccer.

| I'd like to know why cross-country isn't listed as an in-season varsity sport on this website. While it may not be the most exciting sport, we have athletes who work just as hard as any one else, if not more so. Please add our sport to the page. |
