Forestview sprinter Stormy Kendrick broke two meet records at the 3A West Regional at T.C. Roberson on Saturday.

The junior broke her own 3A West regional record in the 100 meters with a time of 11.70 seconds in the finals. The previous record was 12.08. She had run a 12.01 in the preliminaries.

Kendrick also set a meet record in the 200 with a finals time of 25.13. The previous record was 25.33 held by Sun Valley's Alice Vinson. Kendrick had completed her preliminary race in 26.56 seconds.
