Rebels roll all over Tigers, move to 3-0
West Lincoln 47, Fred T. Foard 22
Devyn Travis rushed for 134 yards and three TDs, helping West Lincoln sprint to a 47-0 lead in a runaway road win Friday.
Travis scored the first two touchdowns, then Kyle Arias intercepted a Stefan Gettys pass and on the ensuing drive ran one yard for a touchdown to put West Lincoln up 21-0. The Rebels, 3-0 under first-year coach Tom Sain, led 40-0 at the half and 47-0 in the third quarter.
Caleb Beal passed for 140 yards and two touchdowns for West Lincoln. John Sullivan hauled in two TD passes, one from Beal and one from Travis. Beal’s other TD pass went to Arias.
Tre Robinson scored all three touchdowns for Foard, all in the fourth quarter, rushing for 180 yards on 21 carries.
